Donate to Ukraine
As many watch this crisis unfold, they what wonder "what else can we do to help?"
There have been rallies around the world and many communities have come together to show their support for the people of Ukraine as the Russian attacks close in. If you're wondering how else you can get involved there are many charities you can chose from. If you're not sure what to keep in mind when choosing where to donate, we at ECLIPTIC have made it easy for you. Here we have provided the information about each charity and how you can easily donate to them.
What to know when donating to Ukraine
It is hard to tell from outside the war zone what the Ukrainian refugees really need, but luckily we have humanitarian volunteers on the border and inside Ukraine working hard for charity who can let us know what we can do to help and the best ways to do it.
Money Over Material
Right now, it is better to donate money rather than material due to it being so difficult to get food, clothing, medical supplies or bedding delivered. This means it is best to donate to charities with strong ties to Ukraine. It is also important to know the charities working in the affected areas know what material is best needed in the moment. With your help they will be able to provide these needs to refugees using your donations.
What About The Animals?
Not only are humans suffering the effect of war but also their pets and wild animals. Many refugees have had to abandon their pets, struggling to feed them, give them shelter, or veterinary care. Providing your help by donating to animal charity organizations directly working in Ukraine also helps greatly.
